DTLA Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm - Litigation Paralegal

Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support its Los Angeles office. The ideal Litigation Paralegal will have at least 2-3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience, strong knowledge of California civil procedures, and exposure to litigation matters. Candidates who are bilingual in English / Spanish or who have a paralegal certificate are a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded plaintiff-side practice and gain exposure to complex personal injury litigation while working alongside an experienced legal team.

Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities

  • Draft motions, oppositions, mediation briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence.
  • Manage court calendars, hearing dates, discovery deadlines, and trial schedules.
  • Handle client communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, trial binders, and subpoenas.
  • Coordinate expert retention, expert depositions, and pre-trial logistics.
